I started in the insurance industry at the age of 18. Although I completed studies in Architecture with a Diploma, I somehow fell into this industry and I became very passionate about Insurance and educating people on why it is important to have the right type of insurance cover having been through personal experiences myself.

I have over 14 years experience working within insurance providers I have gained knowledge of most internal departments and processes which enables me to help with queries from clients to ensure they get the right information.

I was also truly fortunate to have been Awarded Employee of the Year in 2013 by Partners Life. I was furthermore nominated by Partners Life for ANZIIF (Australia & New Zealand Institute of Insurance) Young Insurance Professional of the Year (2015).

Crisanta (Net) Butiu

Both Edvin & myself (Net Butiu) are a dedicated husband and wife team.  We started our insurance business in March 2009 by forming an insurance brokering company which provides personal insurances specifically tailored to our client’s needs and preferences.

We provide insurances for around 350 families and work closely with clients being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I (Net) used to work at National Bank as Customer Service Officer for 3 years before I became an Insurance Advisor in 2009.

My last position held in the Philippines was a Financial Analyst in a Government Agency. I also completed the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 in 2020 – Core Knowledge Strand and Life & Health Strand.
