Official Terms and Conditions — “Win the Ultimate Bollywood Experience” Competition

1. Promoter This competition is promoted by Halo Advisers Limited, of 10 Trotting Terrace, Fairview Heights, Auckland 0632  (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”).
   
   
2. Competition Period Entries open 16 July 2026, 9 am NZST and close 15 September 2026, 6 pm NZST (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
   
   
3. Eligibility 3.1 The competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 3.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of Halo Advisers, its related companies, and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. 3.3 By entering, entrants confirm they meet all eligibility criteria above.
   
   
4. How to Enter 4.1 Entry is via the online form at haloadvisers.co.nz/win-the-ultimate-bollywood-experience/. 4.2 Entrants must provide accurate first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and location. 4.3 No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 4.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
   
   
5. Prizes There are six (6) prizes across three (3) categories:
   
   

Total prize pool value: up to $5,000 (approximate, based on prizes listed above).

5. 1 Prizes are as stated and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. 5.2 Flights for second and third prizes, accommodation (if any), and incidental costs not explicitly listed above for all prizes are the winner’s own responsibility. 5.3 Prizes must be used by 2nd of October 2026 and cannot be rescheduled.

6. Winner Selection and Notification 6.1 Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Entry Period, on or around15 September 2026. 6.2 Winners will be notified by email/phone within 2 business days of the draw, using the contact details provided at entry. 6.3 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 2 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner. 6.4 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
7. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

Personal Information 8.1 Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used by Halo Advisers to administer the competition, notify winners, and — where an entrant has opted in — to provide the requested financial health check or advice consultation. 8.2 See our Privacy Policy https://haloadvisers.co.nz/privacy-policy-2/ for full details on how your information is collected, used, and protected. 8.3 Entrants who tick “No thanks, I’d just like to enter the competition” will not be contacted for financial advice purposes and their information will only be used for competition administration.
